Google introduces the Glass project


Google is no doubt working on amazing innovations for the world. Early this year, i posted about the Get your password stored in a USB Key which is called the Yubi Key. if you missed the post, Click here .


 The google's glass project is a wearable computer. Google said.

'Say "take a picture" to take a picture. Record what you see, hands free. Even share what you see, live.

'Get the notifications that matter most. Ask whatever's on your mind and get answers without having to ask.'


The glass has a small screen, and is controlled by voice of gestures on a small track-pad on the arms of the glasses.

What the glass can do for you?
  • The glasses allow wearers to see sat-nav directions.
  • Take pictures and reply to emails  
 And how? You use a voice command.

Glass is a product that Google is introducing over a period of years; announced in 2012, it won't be available to consumers until next year at the earliest. Why the slow rollout? In part, the reasons are practical: Both the hardware and the software are still in development. And as a product with no competition, Glass can afford to take some extra time coming to market.
